Що робити

Defining and owning the long-term product vision and strategy for the proprietary PAM platform;
Leading the evolution of the platform into a Tier-1 competitive product, capable of serving enterprise operators across regulated markets;
Building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing product management organisation;
Owning the product portfolio, roadmap prioritisation, and investment decisions across multiple product domains;
Partnering with engineering leadership to deliver scalable, API-first, highly configurable platform capabilities;

Що очікуємо

7+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a senior product leadership role;
Proven experience leading product strategy for B2B platforms within the iGaming industry;
Deep understanding of Player Account Management (PAM) platforms and their core domains, including Wallet, Payments, CRM, Bonus Engine, Responsible Gaming, Risk & Fraud, KYC, and Back Office;
Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and leading B2B platform providers within the iGaming industry;
Experience building product strategies for regulated markets and supporting Tier-1 operator requirements;
