We are looking for a Senior Mobile QA Engineer with hands-on experience in mobile application testing and test automation. The project is in the FinTech/Banking domain, so previous experience with financial or payment applications is important.
What we are looking for:
4+ years of experience in QA, including mobile application testing.
Experience testing Android and iOS applications.
Previous experience in FinTech, Banking, or Payments.
Good understanding of testing principles and test design techniques.
Hands-on experience with mobile test automation and Appium.
Good knowledge of Java.
Experience with JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar test frameworks.
Good experience with REST API testing and tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
Practical experience with Android Studio and/or Xcode.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Understanding of REST, HTTP, JSON, authentication, and client-server architecture.
Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with application logs.
It would be a plus:
Experience with Espresso, XCUITest, UIAutomator, or Maestro.
Experience with BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or Firebase Test Lab.
Understanding of microservice architecture.
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS, and mobile security basics.
Experience testing banking features such as payments, cards, digital wallets, KYC, or biometrics.
What you will be doing:
Conduct thorough testing of the mobile application on iOS and Android at all stages of development and release.
Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring clear reporting and effective follow-up until resolution.
Analyze existing functionality to identify areas for improvement and propose ideas to enhance overall product quality and user experience.
