Your expertise:
5+ years in marketing, growth or analytics
Strong SQL for querying and combining data from multiple sources
Proficiency with a BI / visualization tool (preferably Tableau)
Expert Excel/Sheets for modeling and ad hoc analysis
Solid grasp of statistics (mean, median, variance, standard deviation, distributions), experimentation, and A / B test design
Understanding of marketing attribution models and funnel metrics.
Familiarity with web/marketing analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics)
Clear communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
English: strong B2 or higher
AI skills (required)
Practical experience using generative AI / LLM tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor) to accelerate analysis, drafting, and reporting workflows
Skilled at prompt engineering to get reliable, accurate outputs and at validating AI-generated results before they inform decisions
Awareness of AI limitations, data privacy, and responsible-use considerations when working with customer and marketing data
Will definitely be a plus:
Python for deeper analysis or automation
Experience with marketing automation / CRM platforms (Iterable or similar)
Familiarity with a modern data stack (dbt, BigQuery, Airflow)
Exposure to predictive modeling, marketing mix modeling, or basic ML
Experience with a customer data platform (CDP)

You will be involved into:
Measure and report on campaign performance across paid, organic, email, social, and other channels, tracking KPIs like ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention
Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting for marketing stakeholders
Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments; translate results into recommendations
Run customer segmentation, cohort, and funnel analyses to identify growth opportunities
Support marketing attribution and budget/spend analysis and forecasting
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into clear narratives and decisions
