Senior IT Sales Manager / Partner Sales Manager (Warm Leads + High Commission)

About Us

We are a growing IT services company specializing in Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Teams, and Custom Software Development for clients across the US, Canada, and Europe.

As our sales pipeline continues to grow, we’re looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to build trust, identify opportunities, and close deals.

This role is different from a typical IT Sales position.

We already invest in marketing, lead generation, and business development. Instead of spending months building a pipeline from scratch, you’ll have access to qualified opportunities and the support needed to focus on what matters most — closing deals and earning exceptional commissions.

Whether you’re looking for a full-time role or a flexible partnership format, we’re open to building a cooperation model that works for both sides.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the full sales cycle from initial qualification to signed contract;

Conduct discovery calls and client meetings;

Identify business needs and propose the most suitable engagement model;

Prepare and present commercial proposals together with our delivery team;

Build strong relationships with founders, executives, and decision-makers;

Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities;

Maintain accurate pipeline management in CRM;

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to maximize conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Staff Augmentation, Outsourcing, or Software Services;

Proven experience closing international B2B deals;

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills;

Experience working with US and/or European markets;

Understanding of software development services and delivery models;

Ability to independently manage opportunities and drive deals to closure;

Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
