Що робити
- Development: define of requirements, improvement, and integration of electrical and mechanical systems for autonomous ground platforms.
- Component selection: evaluate, select, and qualify components and suppliers to meet system requirements.
- Team collaboration: work closely with mechanical, software and customer success teams to ensure fast and efficient implementation of solutions that meet user requirements.
- Documentation: create and maintain technical documentation related to ongoing processes and projects.
- Users technical support: provide technical support, troubleshooting for robotic systems both in field conditions and remotely.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of practical experience in technical support, commissioning, field diagnostics, or integration of complex hardware systems.
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills backed by hands-on working experience.
- Both a valid driver’s license and driving experience with a manual transmission are mandatory.
- Strong experience in technical support and coordination of large-scale projects, as well as managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of integration and configuration of industrial protocols and network interfaces (including CAN, Ethernet, serial, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and others).
