We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate is client-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about building long-term partnerships while ensuring outstanding service delivery and business results.
What you’ll do:
Manage B2B clients across the US and European markets;
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients;
Develop and execute client growth and scaling strategies;
Understand clients’ business goals, target audiences, and value propositions;
Coordinate content creation and campaign execution with internal teams;
Monitor campaign performance and ensure KPIs are achieved;
Lead regular client meetings, provide strategic recommendations, and communicate campaign updates;
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports;
Negotiate contract renewals and identify upselling opportunities;
Ensure high-quality service delivery and proactive issue resolution.
We will have a match if you have:
At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role;
Experience working in a B2B lead generation company;
Fluent English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken;
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
Experience working with CRM systems;
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills;
Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
