- Own the end-to-end game development lifecycle, from concept and product vision to development, polish, and release, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Shape game concepts and player experiences using game design principles, player psychology, market insights, and feedback
- Manage roadmaps and production plans, prioritizing initiatives, defining scope and timelines, and managing dependencies and risks
- Lead cross-functional teams, balancing capacity, resources, workload, quality, speed, scope, and cost
- Drive continuous product improvement through playtests, player feedback, market research, and product data
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in iGaming as a Game Producer, Lead Game Designer, or Senior Game Designer, with hands-on ownership of slot development and released titles
- Strong knowledge of game design, player psychology, engagement mechanics, game economy, and competitor products
- Product mindset with the ability to turn market insights and player needs into compelling game concepts
- Proven experience in roadmap planning, prioritization, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to manage team capacity, resources, production efficiency, and delivery trade-offs
