• Own the creative engine
• Own the creative production engine that feeds the studio's paid user acquisition end-to-end: strategy, concepts and high-volume production of video, UGC and static ads for Meta, TikTok, Google App campaigns and other ad networks
• Develop concepts at the hook, angle and script level; build systematic iterations from winning concepts and cut losers quickly
• Track competitor creatives and market trends (ad libraries, category-winning patterns) and steer briefs accordingly
• Keep a library of creative learnings (which hooks, formats and angles win) and share it with the team
