Senior Delivery Manager — Enterprise Accounts

• Enterprise account ownership — own a book of key/enterprise accounts end-to-end: on-time delivery, project GPM, utilization, no delivery-caused billing slips.
• Delivery governance — set up and run the governance rhythm on your top accounts: steering cadence, status reporting, risk register, escalation paths — and make clients trust it.
• Delivery documentation & toolkit — build the reusable enterprise toolkit: SoW/MSA/change-request templates, an RFP/RFI response kit, a security/compliance answer pack.
• Procurement & tender cycles — carry formal procurement or tender cycles end-to-end, from first RFP to signed contract.
• Multi-stage negotiations — hold momentum through long, layered decision processes involving business, procurement, legal, security, and C-level stakeholders.
