R&D Lead / Engineering Lead

• A proven engineering leader — you have run engineering for a product at real scale and owned the outcomes, not just the org chart.
• Deeply technical and still hands-on — you can architect a high-throughput, real-time system and earn the respect of strong engineers because you are one of them.
• Polyglot and full-stack fluent — credible across web, backend, data, and infra, and experienced in both Node and .NET (or able to clearly own a stack that spans both).
• You move fast and make decisions — decisive under pressure, comfortable owning trade-offs, and allergic to drift and bureaucracy.
• You have operated in environments where it is hard — high-volume, high-frequency, real-money, real-time systems. Experience in a B2C adult, gaming, gambling, or comparable high-adrenaline / high-impulse environment is strongly preferred.
