- Lead delivery across multiple Agile squads, ensuring alignment, transparency, and predictable execution.
- Drive cross-team coordination and facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, architecture, and leadership.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proactively driving them to resolution.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate delivery progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Handle conflicts constructively across teams and stakeholders, facilitating alignment and timely decision-making.
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar leadership role within enterprise software development.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple Agile teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent conflict resolution, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive delivery, manage dependencies, and maintain alignment across multiple teams.
