We are looking for an IT Recruiter who enjoys working with strong technical roles and international clients.
What You’ll Do
Source and hire IT specialists across different seniority levels and domains
Conduct pre-screening calls and HR interviews (including in English)
Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle — from first contact to onboarding
Post and promote vacancies on job boards, LinkedIn, and professional communities
Track IT market trends and maintain a structured candidate pipeline
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
English level B2+ with proven experience interviewing in English
Strong communication skills (spoken & written)
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.)
Understanding of the IT market and candidate psychology
Motivation to grow professionally toward HR Generalist / HR Director roles
