Що робити
- Own CRM across email and WhatsApp: strategy, flows, contact policy and results.
- Build and improve lifecycle flows (onboarding, activation, reactivation, win-back) based on user behaviour and product signals.
- Own segmentation: know which user attributes and events we have, and work with product on what's missing.
- Set up and maintain channel integrations together with engineering.
- Run a regular testing cadence and measure impact in revenue and retention, not just opens and clicks.
Що пропонуємо
- WhatsApp Business API or push notifications.
- Experience in health, wellness or mental health products.
- SQL basics; Mixpanel, Looker or BigQuery.
- Working across two or more markets/languages.
