Softsich is an international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re on the lookout for a proactive Junior Influencer Marketing Manager who’s ready to grow with us and support our influencer marketing initiatives.
From finding relevant creators to tracking campaign results, you’ll help keep our influencer campaigns organized and running smoothly. Working closely with your Team Lead, you’ll gain practical experience in influencer communication, performance analysis, and campaign operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
– Researching and selecting influencers based on campaign requirements, audience relevance, and platform fit. – Maintaining structured influencer lists and delivering research tasks on time. – Communicating with influencers, providing clear updates, and coordinating campaign materials and deadlines. – Supporting campaign launches and daily execution, ensuring all required materials are ready. – Updating campaign trackers, verifying data accuracy, and preparing reports according to internal procedures. – Monitoring traffic and campaign metrics, flagging performance drops or unusual results, and escalating issues promptly. – Reviewing campaign performance with your Team Lead to identify trends and understand results. – Preparing and double-checking payment information for accurate and timely submission. – Keeping documentation up to date and following internal workflows and standard operating procedures.
It’s a match if you have:
– A basic understanding of influencer marketing, including platforms, content formats, and audience types. – Google Sheets or Excel skills, including filters, VLOOKUP, and basic pivot tables — or the ability to learn quickly. – Familiarity with Google Docs, Notion, and Slack. – Basic reporting skills: entering and validating data, maintaining trackers, and working with dashboards. – An understanding of key marketing metrics such as CPA, CTR, and conversions. – The ability to collect, structure, and verify information, with strong attention to detail. – Basic analytical skills and a willingness to explore performance trends with Team Lead guidance. – Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders. – Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and ownership of your tasks and deadlines. – A proactive approach to solving problems, flagging blockers, and asking for clarification. – A willingness to learn, adapt, and follow established processes.
– English proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level or higher
