Що робити
- Own reporting and analytics for lending products.
- Perform deep, business-oriented data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Design, build, and maintain BI reports and dashboards (Power BI).
- Perform reconciliation analysis across systems (loan data, balances, payments, statuses, etc.).
- Translate business requirements into analytical queries and data models.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Data Analyst in financial services and lending.
- Strong business-focused data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data in a business context.
- Understanding of the loan lifecycle, underwriting, servicing, and collections processes.
- Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, aggregations, window functions, performance optimization).
- Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI required).
