We are looking for a Business Data Analyst who will be a vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring successful completion of analytical, testing and deployment tasks.
• Experience in Data Analysis or Financial Analysis 3+ years; • At least Upper-intermediate level of English; • Able to create high value and high readability requirements specification; • Able to support development team with domain knowledge; • Demonstrate the ability to compile functional and non-functional requirements; • Knowledge in SQL/Excel/Access to be able to analyze data; • UX/Usability principles understanding; • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum; • Experienced in working on data warehouse/BI projects іs a must; • Practical experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity) for business analysis, requirements management, data exploration, documentation, and productivity improvement; • Ability to effectively formulate prompts, validate AI-generated outputs, and apply AI- assisted workflows while maintaining data quality, accuracy, and business context; • Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in analytics, reporting, and decision-support processes.
