• You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives), ensuring they are productive, engaging, and valuable;
• You will support and coach engineering teams and stakeholders, helping them adopt Agile principles and best practices naturally;
• You will identify and mitigate risks, helping the team clear blockers and dependencies that impact sprint commitments;
• You will foster transparency across cross-functional teams, keeping everyone aligned on priorities, progress, and upcoming milestones;
• You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing team feedback, delivery metrics, and reports to make our processes smoother and more efficient.
