About the role
We're looking for a solid junior-to-mid Salesforce developer. This is not a short project - it's steady, long-term work with a consistent load. Most months you'll be working close to full-time, with the exact hours flexing between 6 and 8 per day depending on demand.
The work is split across two departments, and understanding this split matters:
Primary department (~6 hours/day): Your main home base. Steady, predictable work here forms the core of your day.
Secondary department (variable, ~2–3 hours/day): Lighter and less predictable. Some days it needs a few hours of your time, some days more, and some days nothing at all.
What we're looking for:
Real, demonstrable Salesforce development experience (strong junior to mid level)
Hands-on experience with CPQ tooling (Salesforce CPQ or a comparable configure-price-quote platform)
Comfort with core Salesforce development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and standard configuration
Ability to work independently and manage a variable daily load across two workstreams
Reliable, communicative, and comfortable in an ongoing remote setup
Based in Poland, Hungary, or Spain
Working English
Nice to have
Salesforce certifications
Experience integrating Salesforce with external tools and APIs
Prior experience supporting multiple departments or stakeholders at once
