Що робити
- Process daily Sales Operations requests according to established SOPs.
- Work with CRM records, statuses, assignments, and other operational data.
- Verify that requests contain all required information before processing.
- Coordinate with Business Development Managers and other internal teams when clarification is required.
- Follow defined workflows, approval procedures, and escalation processes.
Що очікуємо
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, CRM Operations, Customer Operations, Commercial Operations or a similar operational role.
- Hands-on experience working with a CRM system.
- Experience following SOPs, internal procedures or structured workflows.
- Understanding of statuses, approvals, SLAs, KPIs or similar operational controls.
- Ability to work accurately with repetitive operational tasks.
