About the product

SkillScan is AI-powered hiring intelligence. We replace static interview questionnaires with adaptive, AI-driven interviews that adjust in real time to the vacancy and the candidate — giving HR teams a pass-probability score, video recording, and full reasoning for every candidate, before any human time is spent. We’re early-stage and growing fast. Now we need someone to bring in customers.

Your job is simple: find HR teams and recruitment agencies who are drowning in candidates, show them how SkillScan screens applicants for them, and close the deal. New customer acquisition is the core of this role — everything else is secondary.

What You’ll Do:

-Find and reach out to HR teams, TA leads, and recruitment agencies who need this -Run demos that show, not just tell — let the product sell itself -Close deals across our pricing tiers, from Free Starter to Enterprise -Manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and renewals -Bring back what clients say so we can sharpen the pitch and the product

What We’re Looking For:

-2-3+ years in B2B sales — bonus points if it was HR-tech, recruitment, or SaaS -You can sell something new — no brand recognition to lean on, just results -You’re comfortable picking up the phone, sending the email, showing up at the event -Fluent English AND fluent Ukrainian — both required -You want ownership, not a script
