Що робити

  • Lead English discovery calls to understand customer goals, current workflows, constraints, and success criteria
  • Analyze customer business processes and identify high-impact opportunities for process automation
  • Shape the solution approach with internal technical teams, balancing feasibility, timeline, and customer priorities
  • Prepare and deliver customized demos aligned to each prospect’s use case, industry language, and technical level
  • Support Sales through the full presales cycle: qualification, solution positioning, technical validation, and next steps

Що пропонуємо

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise workflows, or document/process automation platforms
  • Understanding of common integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, SSO, ERP/CRM integrations)
  • Familiarity with security and compliance topics (data handling, access controls, cloud fundamentals)
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian (spoken/written) is a plus
