- Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic and international markets
- Build and expand a network of agents, distributors, and strategic partners
- Represent the company at international defense exhibitions and industry events
- Build, manage, and develop the sales team
- Monitor pricing strategy, margins, and sales performance metrics
Що очікуємо
- 5–7+ years of experience in roles such as Head of Sales, Commercial Director, or Business Development Director
- Proven track record of entering new markets and driving revenue growth
- Experience managing teams of 5–10+ people, including hiring, mentoring, and KPI management
- Experience building and scaling export sales channels
- Strong experience in C-level negotiations
