📲 About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will enhance our lead generation initiatives, directly supporting the CEO’s strategy for growth in U.S. region. This newly created position is essential for scaling Softermii’s pipeline generation efforts as we expand our operations in the U.S. market. We need individuals who are not only excellent communicators but also possess strong analytical abilities to translate client needs into actionable strategies. The role also needs to bring AI-tool fluency to speed up qualification, personalization, and call follow-through (notes, follow-up emails, pain point summaries) — an area not yet fully utilized by the current team.

⚡️ Key Responsibilities
Engage and nurture leads through personalized communications across various platforms, ensuring timely follow-ups and ongoing dialogue.
Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns focusing on leads within the San Francisco Bay Area, managing connection requests, and follow-up sequences.
Research and process industry conferences, curating attendee lists, and coordinating outreach to generate new leads post-event.
Provide daily support to the CEO, sharing lead updates and insights, and ensuring no communication lapses throughout the outreach process.
Utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency of lead management, including taking meeting notes and drafting follow-up communications.
⚡️ Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in lead generation and outreach strategies.
Proven ability to engage with potential customers confidently, maintaining relationships through effective communication.
Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems, with a focus on converting leads into qualified opportunities.
A background in technical or business-oriented fields is preferred, with analytical skills to understand client needs.
Proficiency in English with strong verbal communication skills (C1 level).

Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Phantombuster.
Familiarity with the Upwork platform, providing relevant experience in submitting applications and managing responses.
