- Lead, mentor and develop the QA team assigned to the product, aligning engineers to tasks according to their skills and professional growth.
- Build deep product and functional expertise, and serve as the quality reference point for the product line.
- Design, maintain and execute comprehensive test plans, test suites and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression and integration testing to identify defects and ensure product reliability.
- Partner with development teams to investigate issues, verify fixes and prevent recurrence.
