Що робити
- Build the QA strategy and process: test plans, regression and smoke suites, release readiness criteria
- Own end-to-end testing across Salesforce, MuleSoft and connected systems: data integrity, field and payload mapping, webhooks and Platform Events
- Make sure QA and UAT environments reflect Production, so issues are caught before release
- Run the QA part of the weekly release cycle: QA → UAT → Go/No-Go → Production → smoke testing
- Test contact center flows: Genesys ↔ Salesforce data sync, call routing
