- Participate in technical interviews and assess QA/AQA candidates’ technical and soft skills;
- Support and facilitate Professional Performance and Skill Assessment processes for QA/AQA engineers;
- Provide recommendations regarding employee development, competencies, and career growth paths;
- Collaborate with managers and team leads to identify strengths and development areas for engineers;
- Support creation and maintenance of competency matrices and assessment frameworks for QA/AQA specialists;
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of commercial experience in QA/AQA;
- 2+ years of experience in leadership, mentoring, or competency development roles;
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices;
- Experience with both manual and automated testing;
- Understanding of test automation frameworks and tools;
