- Build new AI agents for each law firm onboarded — learn how they currently handle intake, then design the prompts, tools, and flows that replicate and improve on it
- Write, debug, and continuously improve the prompts driving every agent conversation
- Run test suites against every prompt change before it ships
- Debug live agents and resolve issues quickly with minimal, surgical fixes
- Listen to real call transcripts daily, identify patterns across firms, and propose product improvements
