Що робити
- Manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, training, support, retention, and account growth
- Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions for new clients
- Provide daily customer support and troubleshoot platform-related issues
- Analyze dashboards, reports, and customer performance data
- Collaborate with internal teams regarding bugs, feature requests, and customer feedback
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or Business Development
- Experience in AdTech industry or SaaS B2B platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
