• Build and maintain the overall project plan, key stages, milestones, and dependencies across both licensing projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate external legal and regulatory advisors.
• Oversee the preparation and progress of required documentation, internal policies, business plans, financial forecasts, and other materials needed throughout the licensing process.
• Track timelines, risks, blockers, dependencies, and project status.
