Що робити
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for the MTD platform, from planning through delivery and post-launch support
- Coordinate with development, QA, compliance, and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases
- Track project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, proactively addressing blockers
- Liaise with stakeholders to translate HMRC regulatory requirements into actionable development tasks
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features in collaboration with the Product Owner
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development, ideally within fintech, taxtech, or regulatory compliance projects
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with UK tax regulations and HMRC's Making Tax Digital initiative is a strong advantage
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
