- PMO Leadership and Strategy
- Own the development, formalization, and optimization of the company’s project management framework
- Drive standardization of processes, templates, tools, and reporting practices across all projects — Maintain and evolve PMO documentation in SharePoint and Confluence
- Ensure strategic alignment of PMO operations with company-wide goals Project Oversight and Governance
- Oversee the project portfolio: maintain project register, track metrics, and ensure process adherence Conduct regular project audits to ensure compliance with PM standards and identify improvement areas
Що очікуємо
- Education & Experience
- Higher education, preferably in management, engineering, or related fields
- 6+ years of experience in IT, including 2+ years in project management and 3+ years in managerial roles Skills
- Advanced knowledge of project and process management methodologies
- Proficiency in task tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, etc.)
