Що робити
- ● Take end-to-end ownership of CoE-led initiatives including R&D pilots, technology enablers, and migration projects;
- ● Lead discovery, prototyping, PoC, and feasibility studies, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture and delivery goals;
- ● Manage short-cycle, high-impact projects, with emphasis on rapid learning and iterative improvement;
- ● Drive Agile ceremonies, adapt workflows to experimental or emerging technologies;
- ● Ensure timely reporting, metrics tracking (e.g., outcomes, velocity, cost), and continuous risk assessment;
Що очікуємо
- ● 3+ years of experience in Project Management, including R&D, migration, or PoC projects;
- ● Strong understanding of Agile principles and mindset, with ability to adapt to varying project types (discovery, experimental, technical spikes);
- ● Upper-Intermediate or higher English for confident communication with global stakeholders;
- ● Knowledge of PMBOK and modern delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
- ● Solid grasp of SDLC, especially in dynamic and exploratory project environments;
