- Lead and manage multiple concurrent GenAI software projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations from initiation through closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, AI use cases, project priorities, and delivery expectations.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including AI Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, MLOps Engineers, and Business Analysts, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps and status reports to track progress, dependencies, and risks.
- Manage project scope, change requests, and priorities while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Що пропонуємо
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is nice to have.
- Experience delivering AI solutions within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
