- Own delivery for two engineering teams, ensuring predictable execution and timely delivery.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor project execution from initiation to release.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups Retrospectives and other meetings.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, QA, DevOps and other stakeholders.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies and blockers, and proactively drive mitigation plans.
