We are looking for a Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our project — an online marketplace focused on book exchange and resale. In this role, you will turn new product ideas into clearly defined features and requirements for the development team. You will work closely with the designer, project manager, tech lead, and CEO to make sure product ideas are well-structured, documented, and ready for implementation.
What you’ll do
Analyze product requirements and clarify business needs with key stakeholders;
Translate product ideas into clear and detailed requirements for the development team;
Create detailed task descriptions, user flows, and process/workflow diagrams when required;
Use and improve AI-powered workflows for requirements analysis and documentation.
What We Are Looking For
Must-have
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role;
Strong spoken English;
Strong communication and collaboration skills;
Ability to structure complex or ambiguous ideas into clear requirements and actionable tasks.
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of online marketplaces or similar projects;
Experience with working in an outsourced software vendor;
CSPO or CBAP certification is a plus.
