About the Role
Solidgate is a product-driven FinTech company operating in a highly dynamic and regulated environment. Our platform processes millions of transactions daily, where data accuracy, real-time monitoring, and system reliability directly impact revenue and customer trust.
We are looking for a Junior Product Analyst to join our team and grow into payment analytics and performance optimization. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to start building real analytical experience: you’ll learn to analyze payment flows, work with scalable frameworks for tracking key payment metrics, and help uncover opportunities to improve approval rates and transactional efficiency — all under the guidance of experienced team members.
What You Will Own
Analyze payment flow segments to help uncover growth and optimization opportunities.
Help generate, validate, and prioritize hypotheses through experimentation, including A/B testing.
Build and maintain dashboards to track Feature Adoption and key payment metrics.
Get exposure to the most technical domains of our platform: Core, Integrations, and Orchestration.
Work closely with Product Managers to support data-informed decisions.
Assist in researching growth opportunities within Network Tokenization and scheme-specific features (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).
Document research findings and experiment results.
You Are a Great Fit If You Have
Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics / Systems Analysis / Software Engineering / related field (completed or in progress)
Prior experience in analytics is a plus, but not required — solid foundation in mathematical statistics and strong SQL skills gained through coursework or personal projects is enough
Exposure to Tableau or similar BI/visualization tools is a plus
Python for data analysis is a plus

English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher
