Promin Apps is a product-first company on a mission to help people feel better, move more, and live healthier lives — physically and emotionally.
At the intersection of AI, data, behavioral science, and personalization, we build thoughtful digital products that support fundamental lifestyle changes — from yoga and fitness to better habits and mental well-being.
Now, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager — and we’re open to people who are ready to switch into Product Marketing from another field.
You don’t need years of PMM experience to join us. What matters much more is that you’ve already proven yourself in what you do, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, learn fast, and genuinely want to build your career in Product Marketing.
You might come from marketing, analytics, consulting, project management, operations, research, sales, customer success, or another field. If you’re curious about users and products, comfortable working with data and ambiguity, and want to grow into a strong PMM — we’d love to talk.
What to expect:
— A real opportunity to switch careers: you’ll be able to build hands-on Product Marketing expertise while working on a live B2C product with global reach; — Global focus: Tier-1 markets (US & beyond) with proven traction and clear room to scale; — AI-first approach: smarter workflows and a clean, personalized user experience; — Experimentation at the core: a strong setup with a funnel builder, deep analytics, and continuous A/B testing; — Focus on product: acquisition is driven by experienced UA, Creative, and PPC teams — you’ll focus on understanding users and driving product growth; — Direct collaboration with the CEO: built 10+ successful products in the niche and is actively involved in product decisions; — Fast-paced execution: quick decisions, real ownership, and no unnecessary approvals; — Clear growth path: an opportunity to develop deep Product Marketing expertise and grow further as the company scales.
What you will do:
— Learn to understand our users deeply: their needs, motivations, pain points, and behaviors; — Research markets, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new product and growth opportunities; — Work with the full conversion funnel — from onboarding to purchase — and identify opportunities to improve it; — Formulate and validate hypotheses using quantitative and qualitative data; — Participate in A/B testing: from generating ideas and defining hypotheses to analyzing results and implementing learnings; — Explore monetization, pricing, positioning, and product communication to understand what drives user decisions; — Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, analysis, and experimentation; — Collaborate closely with UA, Creative Production, Design, Analytics, and other teams to turn insights into real product improvements; — Gradually take ownership of bigger Product Marketing initiatives as your expertise grows.
What we’re looking for:
— A strong track record in your current or previous field. Your background matters less than your ability to learn, solve problems, take ownership, and deliver results; — 0–1+ years of Product Marketing experience. Direct PMM experience is welcome, but not required; — A genuine interest in Product Marketing and a clear motivation to grow your career in this direction; — Strong communication and collaboration skills — you can structure your thoughts, ask good questions, and work effectively with different people; — Analytical thinking and curiosity: you enjoy digging into problems, understanding why something happens, and finding ways to improve it; — A user-centric mindset and interest in understanding how people make decisions and interact with digital products; — Ability to learn quickly, work with ambiguity, and take ownership without waiting for step-by-step instructions; — Confident English (B2+).
It’s a plus if you have:
— Experience with B2C digital or subscription-based products; — Experience in
