Що робити

  • Embed with business units — sit with editors, creative strategists, ops, and marketing to map how they work and find where time is being wasted.
  • Build and ship internal tools, continuously — AI-powered creative-analysis dashboards, automated ad-script generators, workflow tools that replace multi-step manual processes, and integrations that connect existing platforms.
  • Automate creative production end-to-end — extract video structure, analyze winning ad frameworks, generate variations at scale, connect everything via APIs.
  • Own each tool through the full loop — problem → build → release → feedback → iterate.
  • Proactively hunt for the next high-ROI automation across the whole company, beyond whatever's assigned.

Що очікуємо

  • Software engineering background with production experience — you've shipped products to real users and can maintain and debug ~10 internal tools used by 30+ people.
  • Full-stack capability with React and Next.js.
  • Experience integrating external APIs and connecting systems together.
  • Startup / fast-moving environment experience — comfortable with ambiguity, you know what questions to ask.
  • Strong stakeholder skills — you gather requirements by talking to non-technical people across the business, not from a ticket board.

  • DTC, e-commerce, or performance-marketing experience.
  • You've built internal dashboards or tools before.
  • Familiarity with ad creative workflows.
  • Can be learned on the job:
  • Specific APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Meta, marketing platforms), AI techniques, and brand/company context.
