- Embed with business units — sit with editors, creative strategists, ops, and marketing to map how they work and find where time is being wasted.
- Build and ship internal tools, continuously — AI-powered creative-analysis dashboards, automated ad-script generators, workflow tools that replace multi-step manual processes, and integrations that connect existing platforms.
- Automate creative production end-to-end — extract video structure, analyze winning ad frameworks, generate variations at scale, connect everything via APIs.
- Own each tool through the full loop — problem → build → release → feedback → iterate.
- Proactively hunt for the next high-ROI automation across the whole company, beyond whatever's assigned.
Що очікуємо
- Software engineering background with production experience — you've shipped products to real users and can maintain and debug ~10 internal tools used by 30+ people.
- Full-stack capability with React and Next.js.
- Experience integrating external APIs and connecting systems together.
- Startup / fast-moving environment experience — comfortable with ambiguity, you know what questions to ask.
- Strong stakeholder skills — you gather requirements by talking to non-technical people across the business, not from a ticket board.

- Familiarity with ad creative workflows.
- Can be learned on the job:
