- Develop and maintain a long-term product roadmap for the supplements and beauty category
- Identify market gaps and white space opportunities through competitive research, customer data, and trend analysis
- Define positioning, target audience, and differentiation strategy for new products and brands
- Balance cost, formulation complexity, regulatory requirements, and market demand in product decisions
- Lead the end-to-end development process: concept, formulation briefing, sample review, testing, compliance, and launch

- Proven track record of launching supplements or beauty products on the US market
- Deep understanding of FDA regulations for dietary supplements, including labeling, claims, and GMP compliance
- Experience working directly with contract manufacturers and ingredient suppliers
- Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple product launches simultaneously
- Analytical mindset — comfortable pulling and interpreting data from Amazon Seller Central, reviews, and third-p
