- Own and manage the payments function for an online casino operating in the UK market.
- Monitor daily balances across PSPs and payment methods.
- Track payment conversion and performance by PSP, payment method, and transaction type.
- Investigate drops in conversion rate, increases in decline rate, failed transactions, and pending transactions.
- Continuously monitor payment method stability and identify operational or technical issues.
Що очікуємо
- Hands-on experience with payments in the UK market is a key requirement for this role.
- Previous experience as a Payments Manager, PSP Manager, Payments Operations Manager, or similar role within Gambling / iGaming.
- Strong understanding of the UK payments landscape and relevant payment methods.
- Hands-on experience working directly with PSPs and payment providers.
- Strong understanding of deposits, withdrawals, refunds, chargebacks, declines, and pending transactions.
