Що робити
- Run the manufacturing operations system. Administer users and manufacturers, register test stations, and keep the ATE inventory, status, and location up to date
- Prepare the test station PCs. Identify, provision, configure, and seal the industrial Mini-PCs used in test stations, and register them in the system
- Own procurement. Order components, materials, spare parts, equipment, and tooling for series-built ATE and prototypes, on time and within budget
- Work with suppliers. Find and onboard suppliers and contractors, request quotes, negotiate terms, and track deliveries
- Move ATE where it needs to be. Organise transfers of ATE to and from production sites, including international shipping
Що очікуємо
- 1+ years in operations, procurement, supply chain, or administration, preferably in electronics manufacturing or an engineering company
- Experience administering users, assets, or records in a business, manufacturing, or IT system, and confidence with basic IT tasks such as setting up PCs
- Experience ordering components from distributors and working with domestic and international suppliers
- Experience coordinating tasks, deadlines, and shipments across several people or teams
- Accurate record keeping and strong Excel skills, including keeping several inventories consistent
