About the role
We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Operations Team Lead for an entertainment technology company working at the intersection of content, streaming and technology.
You will lead a team of 2–3 marketing operations specialists based in Ukraine and report to a manager in Israel.
The team currently works largely independently. Your main priority will be to bring structure to daily operations: establish clear responsibilities, coordinate workloads, maintain execution quality and keep your manager informed about progress, risks and blockers.
Alongside team leadership, you will stay involved in campaign execution and help build workflows and automations that make marketing operations faster, more reliable and less manual.
What you’ll do
Lead, train and develop a team of 2–3 marketing operations specialists.
Establish clear priorities, responsibilities, deadlines and quality standards.
Coordinate day-to-day campaign operations across Meta, Google, AppLovin and TikTok.
Oversee and participate in media uploads, campaign setup, launches and quality assurance.
Track campaign performance, identify anomalies and escalate incidents promptly.
Provide regular updates to your manager in Israel, including progress, blockers and next steps.
Create practical workflows, checklists and documented processes.
Identify repetitive tasks and introduce automation, including opportunities to use n8n and Claude Code.
Work closely with user acquisition, creative and product teams to keep campaign launches timely and accurate.
What we’re looking for
At least 1 year of experience leading a team or owning an operations function.
Hands-on experience setting up, launching and managing advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, AppLovin and TikTok.
Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate people and follow through on delivery.
A structured approach to work: clear priorities, documented processes and consistent quality checks.
Experience using automation tools to reduce manual work.
Confidence reading performance reports and spotting unusual results.
Fluent English for communication with an international team and your manager.
Reliable availability for a full-time engagement, proactive communication and strong ownership.
Strong advantages
Practical experience with n8n and Claude Code.
Experience supporting mobile app advertising or user acquisition.
Experience introducing structure and accountability into an existing team.
What you can expect
A remote, full-time B2B engagement.
USD 2,000–3,500 per month.
