Що робити

Translate business requirements into intuitive UX solutions
Design user flows and UI in Figma
Apply UX thinking, not just visualize requirements
Maintain and evolve the design system
Collaborate with PM, BA, developers and stakeholders

Що очікуємо

3+ years of commercial experience designing digital products as a Product UI/UX Designer
Proven experience designing CRMs, ideally in the healthcare industry
Conversational English (B2, С1), sufficient for discussing requirements, presenting design decisions, and communicating directly with clients and the development team
Strong Figma skills
Create design guidance and resolve the inconsistency problem.
