As a Senior AI Product Designer, you’ll design AI-native products—from conversational interfaces and agentic workflows to scalable design patterns used across enterprise platforms. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI teams to build intuitive, trustworthy experiences that make complex technology feel simple.
This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence over product direction, design quality, and user experience.
What you’ll do in this role
Own the end-to-end design of AI-powered products and experiences, from early concepts and exploration to production.
Design AI-native experiences, including conversational interfaces, AI-powered search, and agentic workflows.
Design experiences that account for non-deterministic model outputs, including uncertainty, unexpected responses, error recovery, and user control.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI specialists to shape product requirements, model behaviors, and system instructions.
Rapidly prototype AI-powered experiences using modern AI tools, simulating model responses and creating interactive concepts to validate ideas quickly.
Navigate ambiguity and connect individual product experiences into a cohesive, scalable product ecosystem.
Build and evolve reusable components and patterns within an AI-first design system.
Design assistant behaviors, conversation flows, safety mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design across products.
Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, user-centered experiences.
Contribute to design documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
Mentor teammates by sharing knowledge and promoting modern AI design practices.
We’re looking for
7+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on Product Design or UX.
Proven experience designing AI-powered, conversational, search, or LLM-based products, with an understanding of AI-native user experiences.
Experience designing for non-deterministic AI outputs, including handling uncertainty, errors, unexpected responses, and recovery flows.
Strong understanding of Conversational UX, including dialogue flows, error recovery, escalation paths, assistant behaviors, and user trust.
Experience designing agentic AI workflows and human-in-the-loop interactions.
Strong technical fluency and experience partnering directly with Engineers and Product Managers to shape AI product requirements, model behaviors, or system instructions.
Experience creating rapid, interactive prototypes that simulate AI or model responses and help validate product concepts through fast experimentation.
A portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, end-to-end product design, and the ability to bring ambiguous concepts from early exploration to launch.
Experience contributing to or maintaining Design Systems and creating reusable design patterns.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to clearly communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Upper-Intermediate or higher English for daily communication.
Curiosity, ownership, and enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging AI technologies.
