Що робити
- Manage 1 medium-sized project (be responsible for timeline, scope, and budget)
- Manage customer expectations at all stages of the project
- Create tasks and stories for devs
- Conduct Scrum ceremonies (daily scrums, planning, etc.)
- People Management (regular 1:1, working with HR on PDP and people salary roadmap, conflict solving)
