• Plan, organize, lead, and motivate the team to achieve objectives and ensure effective project delivery;
• Perform day-to-day operational activities, including planning releases and sprints additionally, fulfill the role of Scrum Master for the team;
• Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders, providing high-level reports on client perspectives, team dynamics, and business development;
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charter, project plans, business timelines, RAG reports, risk registers, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials;
• Conduct proactive risk management activities to anticipate and address potential issues;
