Empowered is a PWA platform helping women build better relationships — with themselves and their partners. Personalized courses, self-reflection tools, and expert chats, built around a subscription and transaction model.
We’re hiring the first dedicated analyst on the product — someone who’ll build the analytics system from scratch and have a direct line to every key decision. The team is four people right now. For the right person, this is a clear path to Lead / Head of Analytics as we grow.
What you’ll own
Marketing Analytics
Track and analyze channel performance: CAC, LTV, ROAS, and unit economics
Work with attribution data across paid channels
Build LTV forecasts and scaling models across channels and geographies
Product Analytics
Build the analytics foundation from zero: key metrics, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure
Analyze funnels, retention, cohorts, and user behavior across all stages of the journey
Identify growth opportunities, drop-off points, and product health signals
Payment Analytics
Monitor risk metrics and payment performance across subscription and transactional models
Analyze payment orchestration: MID performance, routing, retry strategies, and decline flows
Turn payment insights into concrete optimization recommendations with measurable LTV impact
Across all three — you’ll run and analyze A/B tests, build the experimentation framework, and always deliver a clear “so what”: not just numbers, but a recommended next step.
We’ll have a match if you
Have 2+ years of experience as a Product or Data Analyst
Write complex SQL confidently and aren’t afraid of messy, real-world datasets
Have hands-on A/B testing experience end-to-end, with proper statistical validation
Understand both product and marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, churn
Can build dashboards in Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar tools
Work independently with high ownership — you dive into new domains and get things done without micromanagement
Know what a startup actually means: things move fast, priorities shift in a single day, and that energizes rather than unsettles you
Nice to have
Experience with subscription products or self-growth / EdTech platforms
Experience with payment data (Stripe, PayPal, refunds, chargebacks)
Python for analysis and modeling
Regular use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in your daily workflow
