DrugCard is a fast-growing leader in pharmaceutical analytics and medical literature monitoring. We’re looking for an experienced, proactive QA Engineer to help us take the next big step in our growth.

Work format: remote, hybrid, or from our office in Lviv.
What you’ll be doing
Full-cycle testing of the web platform (UI, API, integration, regression, smoke, exploratory testing).
Independently developing and maintaining test documentation: test plans, checklists, test cases (TestRail).
Analyzing requirements and participating in their refinement together with analysts and product managers during feature design.
Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing defects in Jira, tracking their lifecycle.
Cross-browser and cross-device testing of the web platform.
Basic participation in non-functional testing (performance, load, usability)
Contributing to building and improving testing processes within the team.
Maintaining and configuring test environments.
Risk assessment and test estimation for new features.
Preparing test result reports, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
Communicating with developers, analysts, and product managers
What we expect from you
2+ years of commercial experience as a Manual QA Engineer.
Deep understanding of testing theory (types, levels, test design techniques, defect lifecycle, SDLC/STLC).
Experience testing web applications (functional/regression/smoke/integration).
Confident use of Jira, TestRail (or equivalents).
General understanding of CI/CD processes and the role of testing within them.
Experience working in Scrum/Agile
Understanding of HTML/CSS sufficient to read markup and localize defects.
Experience writing technical documentation (test plans, bug reports, checklists).
Understanding of principles for handling sensitive medical data (basic knowledge of GDPR/HIPAA) — an advantage, as the product operates in the healthcare field.
English level B1 or higher (reading technical documentation, written and verbal communication with the team).
