We are looking for a Middle General QA Engineer to join us as we grow, help balance the team, strengthen our QA expertise, and level up our processes together. You will own testing of new functionality across the full SDLC, from requirements analysis to automation. You’ll write and run automated tests in our existing C# and Playwright framework, develop our QA Harness for AI tools, and drive quality improvements at every level. 📍What to Do:
Own testing of new functionality throughout the entire SDLC
Analyze requirements, take part in refinement and planning, and identify risks and potential issues before development starts
Write test documentation: checklists, requirement coverage matrices, and functionality guides
Write and run automated tests in our existing framework (C# and Playwright), and maintain and extend the framework
Create bug reports, and process and investigate bugs coming from the support team
Develop and improve the QA Harness for AI tools (we use Claude Code)
Work on process automation and integration of various systems and tools
Work on the QA team’s backlog and roadmap
Participate proactively in initiatives aimed at improving development quality at all levels
🦸Your Superpowers:
3+ years in Quality Assurance, with 1.5+ years in automation
Excellent knowledge of testing theory and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with automation tools and test frameworks (we use NUnit and Playwright)
Programming experience in C# (or other similar typed languages) and a solid understanding of OOP
Confident work with test documentation and requirements (technical specifications)
Understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP, and REST API, plus experience with API tools (for example, Postman and Swagger)
Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD (we use GitLab)
Experience with SQL-like databases (we use Postgres)
A strong desire to grow technically and develop further in automation

Experience with AI agents and tools (for example, Claude Code)
Experience with Bash or Python for automation, and comfort working in the terminal
Experience with non-functional testing (for example, performance or security)
