We’re looking for a QA Engineer who wants to do more than run test cases: someone who’ll have a real impact on the quality of payment products and treat AI tools as a core part of their daily workflow.
About the role You’ll own the quality of our fintech products, combining manual and automated testing across web, API, and mobile, with a strong focus on payment flows and integrations. Automated tests are written in Java/Kotlin.
AI isn’t a buzzword here. Claude Code and GitHub Copilot are part of the daily routine: analysing requirements and logs, designing test cases, generating test data, and writing, refactoring, and reviewing automated tests.
What you’ll do:
Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated tests for web, API, and mobile
Shape the test strategy together with developers and product owners
Create and maintain test documentation: test plans, test cases, reports
Join requirement reviews early in the development cycle
Build a deep understanding of the product’s functionality and architecture
Continuously improve QA processes, tooling, and test coverage
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in QA
Test automation with Java or Kotlin, with solid programming fundamentals
Strong knowledge of test design techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary values, decision tables, etc.)
Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in QA work: test design, test data, requirement and log analysis, writing and refactoring autotests
Experience testing PSPs or other payment platforms: payment flows, deposits/withdrawals, callbacks/webhooks, transaction statuses
API testing: manual (Postman or similar) and automated (REST Assured or OkHttp + Retrofit)
Git and Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Comfortable with DevTools, logs, and API clients for debugging
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Nice to have:
CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Basic Bash
Docker
Networking fundamentals
Why join us:
A passionate, friendly team that supports each other and genuinely enjoys the work
Zero bureaucracy, fast decisions, direct access to stakeholders
Real ownership, autonomy, and the freedom to make an impact
Dedicated time for product discovery, research, and experimentation
All the tools and resources you need to do your best work
